Fees

We aim to keep our fees clear, transparent and easy to understand. Our pricing reflects not only the time spent in session, but also the professional preparation, planning and documentation that help us provide high-quality, individualised support.

Individual Sessions

Standard individual session

$100

Includes:

  • 45 minutes direct session time

  • session preparation and planning

  • documentation and brief clinical note writing

This structure allows us to provide focused, thoughtful support while also including the professional work that happens before and after each session.

Group Programs

Standard group program

$70 per 1.5-hour session

Includes:

  • 1.5 hours of direct group time

  • a minimum of 2 facilitators

  • preparation and planning

  • documentation and non-face-to-face time

Group programs are designed to provide structured, supportive and practical opportunities for young people to build skills in a social setting.

Why our fee structure includes non-face-to-face time

Quality support involves more than the time spent together in the session itself. Depending on the service, this may include:

  • reviewing previous notes and goals

  • planning activities or resources

  • preparing for the session

  • writing progress notes and documentation

  • brief follow-up related to your support

Our fee structure is designed to better reflect the full professional service being provided.

NDIS Funding

For NDIS participants, fees may be charged in line with the relevant NDIS pricing arrangements depending on the type of support being provided.

Clients often see supports described on their plans using terms such as:

  • 0115 Daily Tasks/Shared Living

  • 0117 Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

  • 0125 Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities

  • 0136 Group and Centre Based Activities

Depending on the service provided, support may be billed under the most appropriate category and line item for your goals and plan.

For example, this may include:

  • individual supports under Improved Daily Living

  • community-based and practical supports under Community Participation or Increased Social and Community Participation
