Minecraft Social Skills Groups: Limited Spots Available

Minecraft poster image

If you’ve been thinking about joining our Minecraft Social Skills Groups, now’s the time to jump in. We’ve just opened limited places in two group options, and they tend to fill quickly.

These groups are for kids aged 8–13 who want to build real-world friendship skills in a fun, structured way — with guided coaching, clear expectations, and plenty of supported practice.

Because we run the groups via telehealth, families can join Australia-wide.

Current availability

Saturday groups

  • 2 spots available

  • Perfect if weekdays are packed with school, therapy, and sport

Mid-week group (Wednesdays)

  • Starts: Wednesday 15 October

  • Time: 4:45pm–6:15pm

  • Great for families who prefer a consistent after-school routine

What makes these groups different?

This isn’t “just gaming together”. Each session blends:

  • Evidence-informed social coaching (based on the PEERS® approach)

  • Practical friendship skills (starting conversations, joining in, teamwork, handling conflict)

  • Supported in-game practice so kids can try skills in the moment — with a coach helping them reflect and reset

We keep groups small on purpose so every participant gets the right level of support.

Who it’s for

These groups are a great fit for kids who:

  • Want to make friends but aren’t sure how

  • Find group dynamics tricky (interrupting, missing cues, conflict, “not fitting in”)

  • Do well when expectations are clear and coaching is strengths-based

How to secure a spot

If you’d like one of the remaining places, get in touch and we’ll talk you through the best group option.
